Townhouse outside of foxridge

My roommate and I are looking for two roommates to move in asap. We have two rooms available, one is a large basement suite with a private bathroom and the other is an upstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom. Rent for the two rooms is negotiable and utilities are separate.
